What to get in touch about
The messages that help us most fall into three groups.
- Data errors — a score, kick-off time or table position that is wrong. A link to the page helps a lot.
- Requests to add a competition. Please name the competition and the country.
- Questions about privacy or the terms of use.
Making a data report useful
Because the data comes from a third-party provider, most discrepancies originate upstream and cannot be corrected here directly. Your report still helps: it lets us verify the problem and pass it on. Where you can, include the page link, the time you saw it, and what the value should have been.
